FTL Freight and Transit South Africa is inviting applications from dynamic, young, and professional graduates for our 12-month structured Learnership Programme. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a passion for logistics and international trade and who have completed at least an undergraduate degree.
Programme Overview:
The Learnership Programme integrates theoretical learning with practical workplace experience, offering exposure to:
- Air freight
- Sea freight
- Road freight
- Customs formalities
- Trade documentation
- Warehousing
Throughout the programme, participants will engage closely with both internal and external customers. You’ll also accompany your mentor on customer KPI operations visits and gain firsthand experience with major suppliers in the logistics industry.
