Job Summary
Workers Holdings is currently seeking Cleaners on an ad hoc basis for various hospitality and event venues across Pretoria. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work flexible hours, this is a fantastic opportunity to earn extra income in a structured and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
- General Cleaning
- Dust, sweep, vacuum, and mop all designated areas
- Maintain tidiness and cleanliness across all venue spaces
- Restroom Maintenance
- Keep public and staff bathrooms clean, sanitary, and well-stocked
- Replace toiletries and report maintenance issues when necessary
- Waste Management
- Empty bins, sort recyclables, and ensure the waste area remains organized and clean
- Follow proper disposal procedures in line with venue policies
- Stock Control
- Refill cleaning supplies and hygiene products as needed
- Report shortages to supervisors or venue managers
- Venue-Specific Cleaning
- Depending on assignment, clean kitchen areas, dining halls, stages, or conference spaces
- Assist with pre-event or post-event cleaning setups
- Hygiene & Protocol Compliance
- Follow strict cleaning guidelines to meet industry health and hygiene standards
- Wear protective clothing or gear when required
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Must have reliable transport to and from event venues
- Must be available for flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Good physical condition and ability to perform manual cleaning tasks
- Previous experience in hospitality or venue cleaning will be advantageous
