As a Sales Consultant, you will sell high-quality insurance and lifestyle products to pre-qualified, referral-based leads. No cold calling, no fieldwork—just focused sales in a professional environment with incredible rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell a curated range of insurance products to referral-based leads (no cold calling)
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up
- Work collaboratively with a team of professionals, including mentors, trainers, and managers
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments
- Deliver presentations and close deals with confidence and professionalism

Training Program Details

- Training schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Weekly performance targets apply (target and metrics-driven role)
Permanent Employment Details
- Basic salary + uncapped commission
- No clawbacks on commission earnings
- Average monthly income: R27,000
- Working hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- 50% Discovery Medical Aid (KeyCare Plan) contribution
- 100% company-paid death and disability cover
- Up to R96 Gautrain cost reimbursement per day
Minimum Requirements
- Senior Certificate (Matric) – compulsory
- Clear criminal record
- Sales experience – advantageous but not required
- Relevant degree – advantageous
- Basic computer literacy
