Job Summary
A client of Hire Resolve is launching a cutting-edge range of industrial floor cleaning machines and is actively seeking a skilled Technician to join their team in Gauteng. This is an exciting opportunity to work with specialized machinery in a hands-on, field-based role offering a balance of technical service, customer interaction, and product support.

Key Responsibilities
- Service and repair industrial cleaning machines including:
- Walk-behind scrubbers
- Ride-on scrubbers and sweepers
- Industrial vacuums and related equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults both on-site and in workshop settings
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new machines at client sites
- Train end-users and clients on:
- Correct machine operation
- Routine maintenance protocols
- Provide technical support to the sales team for demonstrations or after-sales support
- Maintain service logs, job cards, and warranty documentation
- Contribute to inventory and spare parts stock management
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years’ hands-on technical experience in the industrial floor cleaning machine sector
- Proficient in electrical and mechanical systems, including battery-powered equipment
- Trade-tested qualification or equivalent technical training (advantageous but not essential)
- Proven ability to work independently in field-based roles
- Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and customer service skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be open to regional travel
