The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As a Technician, your main responsibility will be servicing industrial cleaning machines—both in the workshop and on client premises across Gauteng. This includes diagnosing faults, repairing components, and ensuring machines are working reliably and safely.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and fixing electrical, mechanical, and battery-related issues on cleaning equipment.
- Performing routine maintenance and inspections on floor scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuums.
- Installing and commissioning new machinery at customer sites.
- Training clients on how to properly operate and maintain their machines.
- Documenting work through job cards, service records, and warranty forms.
- Supporting the company’s inventory and tools management, including spare parts and consumables.
- Offering technical advice to both clients and internal sales teams.

Technical and Soft Skills:

- A valid driver’s license is essential, as travel to customer sites is required.
