Learnership Details

The learnership is designed to provide hands-on training and professional development in the healthcare industry, giving participants exposure to real-world business practices while earning a National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Level 4 certification in Business Administration.
Eligibility Requirements
Universal Healthcare is committed to fostering inclusivity and diversity. To be considered for the 2025 Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- South African Citizenship: Applicants must be citizens of South Africa.
- Age Range: The programme is open to youth aged 18 to 35.
- Unemployment Status: Applicants must currently be unemployed and should not have previously participated in a Business Administration NQF Level 4 learnership.
- Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have completed Matric or a post-matric qualification.
- Residency: Applicants must reside in Gauteng and be able to commute to the workplace in Sunninghill, Sandton.
- Preference for Special Groups: Priority will be given to individuals from previously disadvantaged backgrounds and persons living with disabilities. Proof of disability (a letter from a registered healthcare professional) is required for consideration.
