The Discovery Learnership Programme is designed to provide participants with a nationally recognized FETC qualification in Long/Short Term Insurance at NQF Level 4. Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Discovery Learnership Programme, candidates must meet the following educational and specific requirements:
Required Education
- Matric/Grade 12 Completion with:
- Maths: Minimum Level 4 (50%)
- English: Minimum Level 4 (50%)
- Maths Literacy: Minimum Level 5 (60%)
- Second Language: Minimum Level 4 (50%)
Specific Requirements
- Candidates must not be engaged in post-matric studies or formal employment.
- Applicants should not have completed any previous learnership.
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 25 years.
- Effective communication skills in both written and verbal English are essential.
