Requirements
To qualify for the YES Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Age Requirement:
- Must be between 18 and 34 years old.
- Educational Background:
- Must have completed Grade 12 (Matric).
- A tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage with clients professionally.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in common applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Administration Skills: Organizational abilities for workplace tasks.
- Stock Management Skills: Understanding inventory processes.
- Technical Skills: Aptitude for technical or automotive-related tasks.
